WPC35 is a feed material derived purely from dairy ingredients, containing all milk proteins. It is produced from selected fresh dairy whey by ultrafiltration, pasteurisation (72°C for 15 secs), evaporation then spray drying under low temperature conditions. The activity and biological value of the proteins, paticularly the globular proteins, is retained and this, together with the low ash content, gives the product a high nutritional value.

Storage
Dairy powders can be hygroscopic and for maximum stability it is recommended that WPC35 be stored below 25°C and 65% relative humidity. Do not store directly onto floors or against walls, keep away from direct sunlight, strong odours and other potential contaminants.
