The venison we have available are the fallow and sika deer both of which were introduced into the wilds of the Britain around the early 1800's. These animals run wild through the farming and woodland areas of Kent and elsewhere in the UK. Though there are some farms rearing deer, the reared animals often escape the so called "lock-up" and join their free friends to roam the wilds of the English countryside. The season for venison is from 1st August through to the 30th April the following year.

All joints are dressed and vacuum packed prior to being strapped into corrugated cardboard cartons

We recommend that intersted buyers register their possible requirements well in advance of the season to avoid disappointment. Orders will be executed on a first come first served basis.
