As autumn spreads its wings across the northern hemisphere another season draws to a close only to begin anew in the southern hemishere. Happily for all there is always something going on in the dairy and related products industries.

I'm really excited to be able to pass on to you all that I have made some extremely important associations with producers of the highest standards in the dairy powder ingredient category.I have also managed to put together a very good range of milk powders, both genuine 100% dairy and substitute powders combining dairy and a variety of vegetable oils.

Butter producers: I urgently need good, reliable producers, or manufacturers representatives of producers, of butter, both lactic and sweet cream. I have suppliers of sweet cream butter in my database (I'm not dropping you if you read this) but I've been let down by lactic butter producers and am in desperate need of reliable producers.
